VEBA’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct can be accessed below. The main difference is that code of ethics is a set of morals which determines what is right or wrong while standards of conduct are the rules and regulations that explain appropriate behavior in specific situations. Code of ethics explains how decisions are made while the standards of conduct dictate how officials and representatives must act.
